Have used this with 30 level developer. There was still a pronounced orangey tone to hair, but it was was dark brown, and only the first bleach. Maybe the violet version of this bleach would be help. I do understand that toner would be needed, and was prepared. I didn't notice breakage, or issues with damaged hair afterwords, so I am happy with this product.

This stuff really works and really does what it says I'm freaking in love with this product and works well with salon care professional 40 volume creme developer if you have black or semi blonde hair.
