I've only been using these products for a week and I can already see changes in my hair. In just a week it's grown about an inch and is fuller/ thick. The oil though is lightweight in my hair and adds shine. It also causes greasy fingers and I would not recommend for everyday use. The capsules have a nasty taste and smell to them. I would definitely eat or drink (not water) something when taking them to get the taste out. As well, I haven't suffered any acne or side effects while using them but I also drink 40 oz of water on the regular.

honestly this is a must get, don't hesitate. I haven't even finished the bottle and I can say this products works, I love it. The supplements I use on the daily but the oil I use once in a while. I really had trouble growing my hair back, but this helps; haven't even finished my products and I bought more. The product also gave me a lot of energy, and I work in a fast pace environment so I'm fine with that.
